Trafalgar Fisheries is the largest trout farm in the UK with extensive processing facilities. In addition to this we import a vast range of fish and shellfish and associated value added products.
The great selection of sea and freshwater fish and shellfish, which arrives several times a week, is sorted and networked across the UK to be with customers the following morning.
The orders typically include anything from fresh clams, mussels and scallops through to tuna, swordfish, marlin and barramundi. Smoked eels and herring are becoming particular favourites as are fresh octopus, roll mops and salmon eggs.
Among the extensive list of value added produce - crab soup and lobster bisque, salmon and scallop terrines with an exciting array of sauces to accompany them - have proved tempting to customers together with seafood salad, sardine fillet in basil with Beluga caviar on the side!
