C.E.F.A.S. The legal body responsible for the monitoring of fish farming practices on a continual basis by ensuring that any diseases are stringently monitored and reported and that all records are kept accurate and up-to-date.

B.R.C. (British Retail Consortium) Certification at highest level Grade A to all processing sites.

Q.T.U.K. (Quality Trout UK) Certification is applied to all farming practices at Trafalgar Fisheries. Audited by Sai Global.

SOIL ASSOCIATION Accrediation for organic fish.

VETERINARY Peter Scott Msc, BVSc, MIBiol, FRCVS, is retained to constantly monitor fish health and welfare and to ensure that all legislation and correct practices are adhered to at all times.
