We are in no way limited to our own product. Over the years we have gradually extended our selection of fish, shellfish and associated value added products to supplement our home grown stock.

Due to our desire to keep all output as fresh as possible, this great selection of both sea and freshwater fish, in addition to shellfish arrives several times a week to be sorted and networked across the UK quickly and efficiently, arriving with customers the following morning.

Thanks to such superior facilities, we are afforded the luxury of being able choose the finest products to import which maintains the standards of excellence we strive for in the marketplace.

Orders can include anything from fresh clams, mussels and scallops through to seabass, tuna, swordfish, marlin and barramundi. We closely respond to an ever evolving market and have charted the increasing popularity of other produce such as fresh octopus, smoked eels, herring, roll mops and salmon eggs to name just a few.

We also provide the highest standard in value added produce, boasting a vast array of vibrant and dazzling sauces along with such other customer favorites as crab soup, lobster bisque, salmon and scallop terrines, our fabulous seafood salad and the delights of sardine fillet in basil with Beluga caviar on the side.
