This is our primary processing unit. It is fully accredited and fully automated using the latest state of the art machinery for processing trout.
Trafalgar processes arroud 2500 tonnes of trout a year. Product ranges include:
- Rainbow trout gilled and gutted
- Rainbow trout fillets
- Other species of trout such as organic rainbow, organic brown and golden trout
