As the marketplace has evolved, our processing plant has similarly changed. A newly constructed building houses gutting, filleting and weight-grading equipment.

Product quality is monitored and recorded throughout the operation. Glass registers, temperature records, recall and products rejection procedures together with chemical and anti-microbial testing ensures that only products of the highest quality reach you.

E.F.S.I.S - The European Food Safety Inspection Service (EFSIS) has applied British Retail Consortium Standards to the farming practices and has awarded Trafalgar Fisheries its highest award.

H.A.C.C.P. is implemented throughout and microbiological testing takes place within the plant on equipment and product on a weekly basis.
