PRODUCTS
We keep our policy relating to products
under continuous review. Our object is to satisfy the market so far as
we are able. If a product is not wanted, we abandon it immediately. By
the same token we can concentrate on those products that prove popular.
Our main product is Rainbow Trout, but
we breed and process a smaller number of Brown
Trout (Organically reared), Brook Char,
Golden Trout and others.
