Our objective remains to satisfy an often changing market to the best of our ability. As such, we keep our policy relating to products under constant review so that our ideas remain as fresh as our fish. If we feel a particular product is unwanted, we cease with it immediately, which enables us in the same breath to concentrate on those products that prove highly popular.

Our state-of-the-art packaging and processing facility offers a huge range of versatility. The vacuum packaging we offer can be carried out to suit your requirements. We can also offer skin packing and tray lidding in a selection of modern shapes and sizes to suit both fish counters and pre packaged areas.

Whilst our main product is Rainbow Trout, we also breed and process a smaller number of organically reared Brown Trout and Golden Trout. We are able to offer a full range of processed products.
