So what qualities can you expect from our fish?

Space, slow growth, careful handling combined with first class water, add to this a load of experience and that is where we are. We've been perfecting our breeding techniques over many years looking for those firm well muscled fish with perfect fins - we think we are there.

A sample of some of our beauties can be seen on the right.

We produce a full range of sizes from 4 ounce fish for growing on to 8lb fully gown fish. We can also talk in kilos and centimetres - if you really want!

We are tripping our browns (as we've been told) and if you are after something different we produce our own golden trout.

Reliability and continuity are key words. We understand the business, always ensuring we have more fish than we need for the beginning of the season. And we spread our production over several small farms in different counties - just in case.

We run our own lorries and pickups. They're well maintained, we know where they have been, who cleaned them, with what and made sure it was all thoroughly documented.
