Facilities and equipment
As the market place has evolved our processing plant has changed to include a modern, purpose-built processing unit containing gutting, filleting and weigh-grading equipment. Packing equipment enables the company to supply a spectrum of customers from wholesale food service and multiple retailers with bulk and individually pre-packaged fish.

Distribution
Distribution is achieved via either overnight or consolidated distribution companies in purpose built, temperature controlled transport.

Technical standards
The factory is audited annually to British Retail Consortium standards. This stringent standard requires fully implemented HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and full product traceability.

Products
Over 2,000 tonnes of trout pass through our facilities annually making it one the largest of its kind in the country.

The product range extends through whole Rainbow, Golden and Brown Trout to skinned and pin boned fillets, graded to within 5gms and individually priced.
