Summer 2008
We are delighted to announce that we have recently purchased Broadchalke Fish Farm. Possibly the best ground water supply in the country, this farm has closed the circle on our supply. Over 2.5 million gallons a day flow from artesian wells and boreholes. These supply a range of fry growing facilities which enable the farms to produce 3 million small fish a year. We are presently building an extension to the farms' photo period facility which enables continuous fish production.

Spring 2008
We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Trafalgar range of trout and salmon ready to eat products in Waitrose. The extensive range includes Marinated or Seasoned trout. Our selection of highly successful dressings and stuffings for quick and delicious meals are all conveniently packaged.
